About the Artist
Hi! It’s nice to meet you!
My name is Madi Kennedy (she/they) and I am a LGBTQ+ cartoonist, illustrator, and writer from New York. I’m recent graduate of the School of Visual Arts in the BFA Cartooning program.
I am currently working on two big projects. My Senior Thesis, “R7D3R,” which follows an amnesiac robot and a struggling mechanical engineer who fight against a corrupt mega-corporation called HORIZON. For about two years I have been working on my own personal project “What Watches in the Forest.” And while it is still a work-in-progress, you can see a bit of on Webtoon!
